Nitrous oxide is a form of forced induction available to you without having to go the supercharger/turbocharger route. Nitrous oxide is the most cost-effective way to add instant horsepower without compromising your engine. Nitrous systems are completely tunable, and can double the horsepower with a simple push of a button. Injecting Nitrous Oxide into your motor means more oxygen is available during combustion and a cooler intake charge is generated, which increases the density of the air creating, more power. Nitrous has been well tested and proven to cause no engine damage if used responsibly. Nitrous oxide systems are available for fuel injected or carbrated gasoline motors and can be made to fit any vehicle.

Edelbrock nitrous systems give you large adjustable horsepower gains in your choice of wet or dry systems. Wet systems send a mixture of nitrous and essential enriching fuel into the intake runner and allow you to select boost from 50 to 70 HP. Dry systems also introduce the nitrous into the intake but the enriching fuel is supplied by either increasing the fuel pressure or changing the duty cycle for power gains from 40 to 150 HP. Both systems include the bottle (empty), solenoids, switches, fittings, stainless braided hose and all hardware needed for the systems installation.

Performer EFI Dry Nitrous Systems supply nitrous directly into the intake stream before it gets fuel. The extra fuel is generally supplied through the injectors by raising the pressure or changing the duty cycle. Dry Nitrous Systems are the safest and most reliable way to get power gains, but are limited to the size of the fuel injectors.
